In general, working with everyone I work with on a day to day basis brings me joy. We’re always laughing and having fun while we work.

Can you recount a student of yours who experienced a major “lightbulb” moment when you were with them? What was it? How did the child react? How did the parent react? What was your reaction?:
A swimmer in a private class started the quarter in a Middle 1 class and ended the quarter in a Middle 4. It was super awesome to watch them grow and develop so much in such a short period of time and they were really impressed with themselves and their progress.
