How long have you worked for FOSS?
Almost 3 years!

What is your favorite part of working for FOSS?
All of the joy! Laughter truly comes first in everything we do!

What is your favorite level to teach and why?
I don’t really have a favorite because each age group has their own magic. However, I am slightly biased towards the baby classes. They are so cute and can truly learn so much!

What is your favorite skill to teach?
Our safety turn…jumping into the pool is obviously the most fun but when parents watch the jump into the pool, swim back to the wall, and get themself out—it really solidifies why they spend all the time, money, and effort to come to swim school.

Can you tell us your favorite FOSS story?
I had an adult swimmer that experienced an incredibly traumatic incident in a pool as a child. She decided she needed to come learn how to get over that fear to be able to help her son in the water if he ever needed. The moment where she finally completely submerged her face was one that I will never forget!

What is your personal favorite water activity?
We recently bought a house across the street from a lake! I have loved spending summer days playing in the water and on the beach with my daughter!

Anything else you really wish you could tell parents about you as the bring their children to FOSS?
I’m excited you’re here, I’m excited to get to know you, I’m excited to learn and laugh with your child, I’m excited for you to be a part of my story!
