Meet Olympic medalist, Minnesota native, and FOSS alumna Regan Smith
Regan Smith, a Foss Swim School graduate, is no stranger to the Olympic stage! She already has an impressive record under her belt, having competed in both the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and the recent 2024 Paris Olympics.
At the Tokyo 2020 Games, Regan showcased her talent and determination, bringing home two silver medals (200m butterfly and 4x100m medley relay) and a bronze medal (100m backstroke). Fast forward to Paris 2024, and Regan continued to impress, adding five more Olympic medals to her collection! She secured three silver medals (100m backstroke, 200m backstroke, 200m butterfly), proving her versatility and resilience. But the highlight was undoubtedly being part of the victorious Team USA 4 x 100 mixed medley relay, earning her a well-deserved gold medal!
