Word Of Mouth MANIA
Yep… They’re actually from real people…
We love feedback! We actually read each comment, act on it and use it.
We ask EVERYBODY 4 times a year to evaluate us. It adds up to about 9 out of 10 customers responding. We’ve made a point of selecting staff who #1 WANT to be around children and do something meaningful for the life of a child. It just happens to be swimming for us! This means our instructors all understand what it means to “be there” each week. Our staff are evaluated multiple times a year by their manager and after every session by you, the parents. This is a process and integral system that drives the safety, predictability, consistency and quality of our staff. Your input provides important feedback for all of us to our staff and the Company as a whole. Each instructor reads his/her evaluations and is scored accordingly. The session teaching percentages are calculated every session and raises are provided based on performance. This is how we know how well our teachers are performing in the pool for you! In other words… something happens when you fill out an evaluation. Better service, better teachers, better swimmers!

We tried 3 different swim lessons before finding Foss and would never look back. Our clingy, timid 2 year old has transformed into a 3 year old that can swim on her own with confidence! Have our 2nd in swimming now and will put the 3rd in once they are old enough!! I’ve recommended to many friends and family and will continue to do so. Every teacher has been phenomenal!!

You taught my oldest to swim! No joke he has been to how many “adaptive” swim classes because he is severly autistic, and Foss has taught him how to swim. I can go to public pools with him and not worry about him “getting in over his head”! I have wanted for years to put my other kids in, but the price was daunting…after 2 years of community ed the opportunity opened for them to go to Foss. I can honestly say that in 1 day all of them have learned more than they did for 3 months in community ed! AND I’m not pulling my hair out and gritting my teeth when we come (I dreaded community ed lessons)…it is even easier to wash my two youngests’ hair at home!
The instructors are phenomenal (I can’t think of a better word! Absolutely Phenomenal!) they have me laughing and cheering. And I can continue practicing what they are teaching later with the kids.
All of them Love it (I have 5 in swim lessons here) and each are learning so much it is incredible!
My husband says that Foss is actually cheaper than Community ed when you consider they learn 10x more in 1/2 the time with 100x less headache! I’m hooked!

My husband and I both had very traumatic memories of our own swim lessons, and we dreaded beginning the process with our four year-old who would not even stand in a shower. Without any tears at all, our little girl (just five months later) swims underwater, fearlessly “cannonballs,” and dives for toys on the bottom of the pool. The gentle pressure used to encourage her to try was always coupled with respect for her fears. Soon, she’ll be a better swimmer than I. But most importantly, she looks forward to lessons, and shouts, “Yea!” when I tell her it’s time to go to Foss. Wow. . . have swimming lessons come a long way!

We decided to try Foss after a great recommendation from a friend and I am glad we did! My daughter is 7 months old and loves her class! She is not afraid of the water and teacher Jenna at the Blaine location is AWESOME with the babies! This is a great place to go to get your baby comfortable in the water.
