W.O.M. (Word Of Mouth)

We ask EVERYBODY 4 times a year to evaluate us. It adds up to about 9 out of 10 customers responding. This is a process and integral system that drives the safety, predictability, consistency and quality of our staff.  Your input provides important feedback for all of us to our staff and the company as a whole. Something happens when you fill out an evaluation. Better service, better teachers, better swimmers!

   John in Lakeville has been nothing short of a miracle worker. He took our daughter from being fearful about instructors and getting her face wet to a little girl that LOVES coming to Foss each week. The progress she has made is absolutely incredible. Our daughter just loves John. He has an amazing talent for getting kids comfortable with the water. We have not only seen it with our daughter, but with the kids in her class and with friends and neighbors who have had the same great experience with him. You can tell he enjoys what he does. Our overall experience with Foss has been outstanding. From instructors like John to the swimming pool and facilities you are without a doubt head and shoulders above your competition. Thank you!

   Could not agree more about John!! Our son is VERY active in the water and instructors at other places have always gotten down on him for it. John in Lakeville helped him to use in energy in the pool and make lessons both fun and a learning experience! THANKS!!
