How our forms are processed?

Don’t delay!

Forms are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Processing of forms begins the first day of registration. All forms are processed in the order they are received according to family status:

Current families, those swimming in the current session, are processed first.
Past families are processed after current families.
New families are processed after past families have been processed.
