We are aware that many of our current and past families recommend us to their friends and family and we would like to say “Thanks!!”

As a current or past family, introduce a new family to Foss Swim School and you will receive an instant $20 credit.* You will also be entered into a drawing to win a $200 lesson credit!!* The more families you bring, the more credits you earn and the more chances you have to win…

Simply download the form below and ask the new family to include the information with their registration form. Remember, each new family needs a separate form.

*New family must register and complete a session or camp for the referring family to be eligible for the credit and prize drawing. Only current and past families qualify as a referring family. Each new family referred results in a $20 credit and one entry into the prize drawing for the referring family. The $20 credit cannot be applied to current enrollment of the referring family. Credits do not expire. No cash value.
