Ray,
You are right. It is frustrating to deal with kids' illnesses and missing classes. Here's what we offer. Currently, you can receive up to 2 Miss A Class Vouchers per session. These can be used toward an open swim at St Louis Park or you can select to use this at another of our sites. The voucher will provide you and your child extra water time (up to 2 hours!) to practice and enjoy the water together! During this time we offer instructors in the water to assist with questions you have and even suggest a few skills to work on. Please let us know if you'd like to come in and swim with us on September 20 between 4 and 6pm. These events are posted online under Family Fun Events on our website. Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us!

We enrolled our 3yr old daughter this pat Summer and she loved the classes. Unfortunately, She had to miss the last 2 weeks of swim school as she was very ill due to a BAD cold she got at either Summer Pre- school or maybe from SWIM SCHOOL? Either way, we ALL became ill in the SUMMER? the boine is your policy of NO MAKE UP DAYS IS BAD! This school is NOT cheap and when a child is sick they are sick and should NOT be infecting others and they should be allowed days missed
