How we process registration forms…

Don’t delay!

They are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Processing of forms begins the first day of registration*. Due to the high volume of forms we receive during this time, all forms submitted  are processed in the order they are received according to family status:

Current families, those swimming in the current session, are processed first.
Past families are processed after current families have been processed.
New families are processed after past families have been processed.

Registration forms submitted after this time are processed as they are received.

*Please note that your credit card will not be charged until your form is processed and your first choice class day/time is available. If your first choice is not available, you will receive a phone call regarding your other choices. Thank you for returning calls in a timely manner to help expedite the registration process.
