If you’re unhappy, we’re unhappy. Hey, all our staff get it! We all know the customer really signs our paychecks, right?! If you are unsatisfied with your swim experience, your child’s lesson, your instructor’s hair cut, the time you DIDN’T get, the gal who answered the phone and called you “honey”, the bandaid on the side of the pool, the annoying crying child in the class next to yours that’s draining your child’s attention… Just let us know.

It’s OK. We get it! You may need an additional lesson, a private lesson, a new teacher, a louder teacher, a drill sergeant, a signing teacher, a credit, a different day, maybe a new suit, maybe you just need to vent! Whatever it is, we’ll take care of it. Done. You get what you want, we get your child swimming.

   i just wanted to say thanks! Ben has taken three lessons and went from total refusal to get any part of his head wet to diving to the bottom of the pool in three weeks.
   You all doa wonderful job and his teacher Randall is great.
