Team style fitness training is available up to 5 days a week…

This is a strength and technique based program, developed by Jon Foss, for swimmers competent in the 4 competitive strokes. Team-style fitness training in a positive, fun atmosphere. F.A.S.T.jets option allows swimmers to participate in club meets through USA and MN swimming. Additional fees will apply.

Royal
• 1 hr 15
Team for current swimmers or graduates of FOSS levels; Middle 5, Big 4 and Big 5. Practice focuses on the fundamentals of freestyle and backstroke for speed and power. Continued work on strength in butterfly and breaststroke.
Goldjets
• 1 hr 15
Team for swimmers who have achieved 25 yd freestyle in 23.5 seconds and backstroke in 27 seconds. Continued work on strength and endurance in butterfly and breaststroke. Focus is on improving speed in all strokes.
Bluejets
• 1 hr 30
Team for swimmers who have achieved 25 yd freestyle in 19.5 seconds and backstroke in 22 seconds. Working towards 50 yd freestyle in 38.5 seconds and backstroke in 46 seconds. Focus is on improving speed in all strokes.
Team
• 1 hr 30
For swimmers who have achieved 25 yd freestyle in 15 seconds and backstroke in 17 seconds. Training is designed for each swimmers needs.
