Our Staff – Savage
Ready. Set! Monkey-cheeks!!

Sandra Dollerschell – I live in Victoria, MN. It is a great little town where everybody knows everybody. When I am not working I love spending time with my husband and two children, like camping, swimming and lots of sports. I love being a parent! Children are such a joy.
Brett Lovaas – I am from Beloit, WI and came to the Metro in 1997 via Eau Claire, WI (where I attended UW-EC and earned a degree in Psychology). I am married and have 2 kids (son Breckyn and daughter Norah). I enjoy watching them learn and grow. I love coffee, but not as much as training and competing in triathlons. I started racing at age 11 and have now competed in over 200 triathlons. I started with FOSS in 1997 and I am currently the site director at Foss Swim School in Savage.
Enid Marvel-Gnos – Outside of work I like to spend time with the family boating, fishing and of course swimming. I love working at Foss because I grew up swimming it has always been a big part of my life. My parents put me in a Tots program as an infant then swim lessons and I began competitive swimming at age 8. I was a Lifeguard and swim teacher while attending college and now at FOSS I am still doing something I love to do. I would have to say my proudest accomplishment to date is becoming a first time Mom at age 40 (I certainly didn’t want to rush anything) and surviving 11 Minnesota winters!
Hannah Schlindwein – I am from a small piece of heaven off highway 13, New Prague, Minnesota. I like to go to the lake, go on walks, listen to Jonas Brothers and watch High School Musical. It is extremely rewarding to see the kids progress week after week and see the enjoyment in their eyes and smiles on their faces!! I have size 12 flipper feet and enjoy eating broccoli!! Soon I will be surviving another language and culture in Germany and Austria for a year!!
