Mike Waataja – Site Director
Mike has been an instructor, a triathlete, a shift coordinator, a pool cleaner, a super hero, a site director and now he’ll be yours! Mike and his wife Sarah, who also works for FOSS, will be making the move to Highland Park. They are looking forward to becoming a part of your week.

Elia Benitez – Shift Coordinator
Elia hails from one of busiest sites, FOSS-St. Louis Park, MN. She loves to travel and has yet to meet a small, screaming child that has been able to resist her snake-charmer like ability to coax them into the water. Pssst… They don’t even realize they’re learning to swim they have so much fun!

Lindsey Kennedy – Office Manager
Lindsey is also a transplant from FOSS-St. Louis Park. Some day she hopes to have an adventure to every continent and/or state. Her favorite pasttimes are watching a kid put their face in the water or swimming all by themselves for the first time, helping a swimmer beat their fastest personal record and working at FOSS!!
