Why don’t you teach treading water?

Why don't you teach treading water?WHY don’t you teach treading water?
That seems strange doesn’t it? Well, our pools are teaching pools which means they are at maximum 4.3 feet deep. Treading water… well, we teach swimming not treading. When it comes right down to it… your child will get farther and be safer by back floating or swimming than treading water.
